We are one of the few manufacturers capable of carrying out all processes in-house, including precision metal and plastic molding, metal stamping, plastic injection, and assembly. Our testing equipment, including Algol plug-pull strength testers, and 2D phantom gauging meters is purchased from renowned suppliers in Japan and Taiwan. This allows for rigorous inspections conducted by our QC team. Thanks to their efforts, all our products are UL, CE, and RoHS approved.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The QC operation is supported by a reliable independent laboratory and QC subcontractors. We also have an in-house QC team made up of engineers, technicians and QC-trained production staff. Even so, our company implement a total quality approach, so that each department's personnel consciously adhere to QC principles which uphold quality and reliability.
Quality Control Procedures
The QC procedures begin at the off-loading of raw material and continue throughout each production level finishing with the assembled product. Tests are performed before and after packing and just before delivery. Spot checks round off each stage of test checks.

Test equipment is supplied by subcontractors and the independent laboratory and in-house QC equipment is imported. QC machinery includes:

    Policy on Hours of Labour
    We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular workweek.     Policy on Commercial Bribery
